VaynerMedia, part of the VaynerX family, is seeking a proactive project coordinator for a three-month residency in New York City. This entry-level role offers a hands-on experience at a fast-paced creative agency and the potential to join the team full-time after residency.

You'll coordinate tasks with internal and client stakeholders, schedule meetings, assist with SOWs, and learn the ins and outs of a high-output digital agency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and deliverables with team stakeholders (internal and client) throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews
• Assist in writing small SOWs, as assigned by PM
• Assist with client needs as they arise
• Understands the internal goals of the team and the goals of the client
• Learn the ins and outs of a fast-paced creative agency
• Partners with applicable account team members to ensure project health, on-time delivery, and brand health.
• Ability to take meeting notes with clarity
• Understands the internal goals of the team, and the goals of the client
• Perform successfully under tight timelines
