Job summary

TUV SUD America is seeking a Junior Project Manager to provide project coordination and administrative support for testing and certification services across EMC, Electrical Safety, Wireless, Cybersecurity, and related lab activities. You will work with project managers, technical leads, and engineers to ensure projects run on schedule and documentation is maintained accurately.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and monitor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Maintain project schedules and tracking tools.
• Support customer communications with project updates and documentation requests.
• Facilitate communication among customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Assist with invoicing, quotations, purchase orders, and close-out activities.
