TÜV SÜD America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support customers requiring testing, certification, and regulatory compliance services for medical and non-medical electrical and wireless products.

This customer-facing role serves as a trusted advisor through the sales and project lifecycle, helping clients navigate certification requirements while coordinating internally to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in account management, business development, or technical sales.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic product compliance requirements.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, quotations, proposals, and opportunities using CRM and project management systems.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, virtual meetings, and web channels.
• Recommend certification, testing, and compliance solutions based on product requirements.
• Meet with customers virtually and onsite to understand technologies and timelines.
• Develop and grow customer relationships across TÜV SÜD's service portfolio.
• Coordinate with engineering, laboratory operations, and project management teams.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and customer records in CRM.
• Support project initiation and transition from sales to laboratory execution.
• Communicate project status, schedules, and regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
• Build knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements.
