Personalis, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support diagnostic product and process development projects in a hybrid, 6-month role based in Fremont, CA. The role fits into a structured PDP framework, coordinating timelines, risks, and documentation across teams.

You will use Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau, Jira, and the MS Office/Google Docs suite to update plans, track actions, and ensure timely approvals. Hybrid work is three days in office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM or life sciences.
• 1–3 years coordinating and managing technical projects in diagnostics, biotech or pharma.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau, Jira, and MS Office & Google Docs suites.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to the Project Lead to plan and execute diagnostic product and process development projects at Personalis.
• Follow PDP stage-gate process and related procedures to help core-teams document, plan and execute projects through all phases.
• Schedule and participate in cross-functional meetings, document minutes and action items, and track follow-ups.
