Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Activation Services team in Chicago. This role operates in a hybrid model with 3 in-office days weekly (Tuesdays to Thursdays). You will support project planning, track deliverables, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams and learn project management best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, PM, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customer focus.
• Eagerness to develop project management expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution by gathering requirements and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Document customer interactions, milestones, tasks, and action items.
• Partner with an experienced Project Manager to learn PM best practices.
