Applied Systems in Chicago is hiring an entry-level Associate Project Manager to join our Activation Services Team and support client projects, coordinating activities and learning project management best practices.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational and communication skills, with 3 in-office days per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays) and a base salary range of $60,000-$80,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support project planning and execution by gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and maintain documentation and records.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes.
• Document customer interactions, milestones, tasks, and action items with attention to detail.
• Partner with an experienced Project Manager to learn PM best practices and support client outcomes.
