Job summary

Applied Systems in Chicago offers an entry-level Associate Project Manager position within the Activation Services Team. You’ll support client projects, coordinate activities, and build project management skills alongside an experienced PM.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational and communication abilities, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office (Tue–Thu) in Chicago. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution by gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and keeping projects on schedule and budget.

• Coordinate client and internal team communications and inform stakeholders of progress and changes.
• Document customer interactions, milestones, tasks, and action items with attention to detail.
• Learn from an experienced Project Manager and support successful client outcomes.
