Job summary

The American College of Surgeons in Chicago is hiring a Project Administrator to support the Data Strategy team. This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 remote) reports to the AVP, Data Strategy, and coordinates multiple initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and executive operations.

Salary range shown is commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of project coordination, excellent organizational skills, and strong MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 3–5+ years of project coordination and operational support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience providing executive level and team support is strongly preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Data Strategy projects, pilot programs, and related operational activities across internal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines, meeting records, decisions, action items, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews, including scheduling and logistics.
• Track participant engagement, agreements, and milestones.
• Prepare summaries, status updates, and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain confidential records and support Data Strategy leadership and team operations.
