Job summary

You will handle customer relationships, project scoping, and coordination with internal departments and external customers to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic/Engineering field.
• At least 3 years in automation or material handling environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate technical resources and field staff.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, BI tools, and Salesforce CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Coordinate SME level understanding of systems and solutions offered.
• Plan and execute service improvements, retrofit projects, and system performance enhancements.
• Develop project scope and coordinate with technical teams.
• Create and maintain project plans: scope, timeline, resources, cost.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to ensure successful interventions.
