This full-time, hybrid role supports the project management team by handling logistics, coordinating project phases, and maintaining accurate communication with contractors, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or coordinator experience.
• Experience in construction preferred; foodservice industry experience a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check after offer acceptance.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through all phases: setup, purchasing, communication, shipment, reconciliation.
• Input order information into ERP system and verify against quotes/plans.
• Initiate and track purchase orders with manufacturers per specs.
• Input change orders/returns and notify stakeholders of delays.
