Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Specialist to assist the Business Development team with clerical tasks, quotes, and orders in a fast-paced, hybrid role located in Cleveland, OH.

You will support internal departments, maintain customer relationships, and strive to improve profit margins while delivering excellent service. A high school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree and CFSP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting outside sales and quoting processes.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotations accurately via phone, fax, chat or email.
• Support external sales reps with account maintenance, pricing and order entry.
• Improve lines per order and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Purchasing to meet customer needs.
• Provide product knowledge and respond to literature requests.
