Job summary

TriMark USA, based in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project management team. You will handle logistics, communications with contractors and clients, and maintain project documentation in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in administration, with preferred construction/foodservice background. Expect collaborative work with vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in an administrative or coordinator role.
• Construction industry experience preferred; foodservice industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through all phases: set-up, purchasing, communications, shipment, reconciliation.
• Input/order data into ERP, verify against quotes/plans.
• Manage purchase orders with manufacturers per specs.
• Coordinate change orders and notify stakeholders of delays.
• Maintain project filing system and provide status updates.
