Job summary

Burkett Restaurant Equipment & Supplies is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of project orders from entry through close-out. You will coordinate shipments, installations, documentation, and all resource needs, partnering with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure seamless execution.

The role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 5+ years B2B customer interaction experience preferred.
• Experience with project coordination, delivery scheduling, and install coordination is preferred.
• Comfort reading blueprints/designs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project orders from entry to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Schedule shipments, installations, and required resources; coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and Accounting.
• Maintain project dashboards, report progress, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Prepare close-out documentation and Owner's Manuals as applicable.
