Job summary

Aleut Federal invites a seasoned Project Controls Director to lead program control management and financial reporting across multiple business units, reporting to the VP of FP&A. This hybrid role requires three days in office and can be located in Arlington, VA or Reston, VA.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in related roles, including 5+ years overseeing PC/Finance staff, and a solid grasp of FAR and Government Procurement Regulations; proficiency in Costpoint and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 12+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of direct experience managing PC/Finance staff.
• Knowledge of FAR and other Government Procurement Regulations (GPR).
• Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong time management, self-driven, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting for cost, revenue, and profitability.
• Review, validate, and report actual project costs incurred for labor, material, ODCs, and travel.
• Provide oversight of monthly budget to actual variance analysis.
• Prepare month-end revenue and cost accruals.
• Generate quarterly EAC review packages for senior leadership.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and invoicing; resolve billing issues.
