Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a Financial/Budget Analyst to support government contracts in Reston or Arlington, Virginia. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, program control, contract budgeting, and collaboration with finance, PM, and contracts personnel. Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred; strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for managing revenue and project performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting and contract budgeting in government contracts.
• Familiarity with project financial tracking and month-end close.
• Ability to reconcile accounts receivable and produce financial progress reports.
• Strong coordination with finance, project management, and contract personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and support program/project control functions.
• Manage contract budgeting and monitor costs vs. budgets.
• Reconcile accounts receivable; compile weekly and monthly financial progress reports.
• Support audit data calls and month-end close processes.
• Ensure contractual requirements are met and customer deliverables are accurate.
