Job summary

VTG in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Project Control Analyst for a hybrid schedule (two days on site, three remote). You will provide project financial and reporting support to Division Leads, compile data from Accounting and Contracts, and act as a liaison between Operations and Accounting, Finance and Contracts.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years in government contracting, experience with Deltek Costpoint, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of government contracting experience in Project Control, Finance, or related role.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Works with PMs and Contracts on LOCs and TOCR.
• Review project setup for new contracts (WBS, POP) for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Contracts to ensure data validity and billing requirements.
• Understand project budgets and assist PMs with current financial data.
• Review time charging and expenses for assigned projects.
