Job summary

Aleut Federal is hiring a Financial/Budget Analyst to support government contracts in our Reston or Arlington, Virginia offices. The candidate will work in the office for this hybrid position at least 2 to 3 days a week.

The role will focus on financial reporting, program control, and contract budgeting, with responsibilities spanning AR reconciliation, month-end close, audits, and ensuring accurate reporting. Deltek Costpoint experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracts accounting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with budgeting, program control, and contract administration.
• Ability to reconcile AR, prepare month-end close, and support audits.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete financial reporting and contract budgeting for government contracts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Monitor funding status and manage project costs and revenue.
• Prepare CDLRs and ensure timely customer deliverables.
• Review invoices and monitor DSO and billing status.
• Maintain project tracking spreadsheets.
