Job summary

Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, is seeking a Senior Primavera P6 Project Controls Analyst to lead schedule development and cost forecasting within a major utility sector project in Fresno, CA. The role requires advanced P6 scheduling, SAP Work Management familiarity, and strong financial tracking capabilities.

Contract position for 12 months with hybrid onsite presence (2-4 days/month). Travel for meetings may be required, with standard per diem approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (required).
• CAPM or PMP certification required.
• 5 years as a Project Controls Analyst; or 7 years in electric or gas transmission and/or distribution fields.
• Strong P6 scheduling skills and Primavera P6 expertise.
• Experience with SAP Work Management, BW, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and cash flow/forecast plans with input from functional leads.
• Attend project kickoff and walkdown meetings.
• Create, maintain, and update schedules.
• Document and communicate milestones and risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and revise plans as needed.
• Utilize SAP Project System, SAP Work Management, MS Project, and P6 Primavera.
