Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong cost and schedule reporting experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP Work Management, BW, and MS Project/Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development and Analysis: develop project schedules and cash flow plans; maintain schedules and communicate milestones.
• Cost Plan Development and Analysis: prepare monthly forecasts, cost reports, and variance analyses; monitor budget and forecast accuracy.
• Project Documentation & Reporting: manage documentation in EDMS, track changes, and provide monthly cost/schedule reports.
• Central Data Management & Quality: generate monthly/weekly reports and ensure data quality for stakeholders.
• Central Financial Analysis: produce budget/cycle forecast reports and support decision making with variance explanations.
• Financial and Performance Management: monitor forecasting performance and explain cost drivers to leadership.
