Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Intermediate Project Architect in New York for a hybrid role. You will deliver high-end commercial interior projects, develop complete construction document packages, and coordinate with consultants and clients throughout all phases.

Strong Revit skills and proactive communication are required. The position emphasizes design development support, site surveys, code reviews, and construction administration, with a collaborative studio culture and a busy, deadline-driven

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and the ability to independently produce and coordinate drawing sets.
• Experience producing complete construction document sets for commercial interior projects.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to review and organize complex construction packages.
• Proven ability to coordinate architects, consultants, and clients across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate construction document packages for commercial interior projects.
• Support design development by translating concepts into technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and project team members across all phases.
• Perform site surveys and conduct code reviews to inform design and documentation.
• Participate in construction administration activities, including RFIs and submittals.
• Communicate project status clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Contribute to project delivery from early design through closeout.
• Maintain accuracy, quality control, and technical detailing in drawings.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
