Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of architectural experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• Proficiency in REVIT; hand sketching is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop design drawings and construction documents with the project team.
• Coordinate with consultants and lead site surveys.
• Review building codes and prepare due diligence reports.
• Transform concepts into construction drawings with quality control.
• Participate in Construction Administration (site visits, RFIs, shop drawings).
• Foster clear communication across teams and clients to maintain schedule and budget.
