Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Solid understanding of building systems, materials, assemblies, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical development and documentation of projects.
• Developing and coordinating construction documents in Revit.
• Translating design intent into constructible architectural solutions.
• Producing and reviewing plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Coordinating with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants.
• Applying codes and accessibility requirements throughout project development.
• Participating in project and consultant coordination meetings.
• Supporting construction administration, including RFIs and submittals.
• Maintaining high quality and consistency across documentation.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
