HLW International seeks a detail-oriented Interior Project Architect/Job Captain in New York, NY, to manage technical development, coordination, and documentation from design through construction administration.

Ideal candidates hold a professional architecture degree, 5+ years of experience, and US registration or licensure pursuit, with strong Revit skills and AutoCAD/3D modeling proficiency. This is a hybrid, three-days-onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
US Registered Architect (or actively pursuing licensure).
Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Teams.

Responsibilities

Develop technical solutions and construction details in collaboration with the design team.
Prepare and manage drawing sets, 3D models, and design documentation in Revit.
Assist in all project phases from schematic design through construction administration.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate design and technical elements.
Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and industry standards.
