Job summary

Actalent in New York, NY is seeking an Intermediate Architect / Technical Designer for corporate interiors to lead technical delivery from site surveys through construction closeout in a fast-paced studio.

You will perform code reviews, develop complete construction document packages in Revit and AutoCAD, manage RFIs and submittals, and collaborate with clients, landlords, consultants, and internal teams to move projects forward with precision and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in corporate workplace interiors, commercial interiors, or related environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Proven ability to independently develop complete, coordinated construction document packages.
• Advanced knowledge of x-refs, layers, layer management, and drawing standards within CAD and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical delivery of corporate workplace interior projects from site surveys through construction closeout.
• Conduct detailed field surveys and accurately document existing conditions.
• Review redlines, implement revisions, and maintain drawing quality standards.
• Coordinate technical design with internal and external teams and respond to bidder questions.
