Job summary

52X Consulting LLC in New York City is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 4–7 years of professional experience to join its design team. The ideal candidate will contribute strong technical design and production capabilities on corporate interiors and workplace projects, including tenant fit-outs, with hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD.

You'll collaborate across project teams, develop construction documents from DD to CD, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and help ensure drawings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with corporate interiors, workplace design, and/or tenant fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support various projects throughout all phases of design.
• Produce and coordinate architectural construction drawings and documentation.
• Develop projects from design development through construction documents.
• Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Assist with detailing, material selections, and technical documentation.
• Review project requirements and help ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Support project teams throughout construction administration as needed.
• Manage multiple project responsibilities while meeting schedules and deadlines.
