Job summary

Holland Partner Group seeks a Project Accountant I to join our Vancouver, WA team. This hybrid, full-time role provides foundational accounting support to the construction and development accounting group, handling routine financial processes and document management for project activities.

You will collaborate with project teams, vendors, and internal partners, maintain accurate records, assist with month-end tasks, and contribute to project financial reporting as you grow toward more senior

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and willingness to learn project accounting.
• Basic financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, gather, and organize documentation for project finances.
• Support invoice processing, billings, and cost documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and files for workflows.
• Assist with routine financial summaries and reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, and internal partners.
• Support month-end, year-end, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with accounting staff on tasks and projects.
• Assist with project financial reporting.
