Salary range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour.

Holland is seeking an accounting professional with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and project accounting functions to join our collaborative team in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Project Accountant I is responsible for providing foundational accounting and administrative support to the construction and development accounting team. The Project Accountant I assists with routine financial processes, document handling, and preliminary project accounting tasks in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. College coursework or a degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in accounting required, with experience in real estate construction and/or development project accounting preferred. College coursework or a degree in Accounting or a related field may be considered in lieu of specified work experience.
