Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2–5 years financial accounting experience in real estate/development preferred.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for development/predevelopment entities through project lifecycles.
• Reconcile balance sheet, bank accounts, CIP, loans, intercompany, and project-related accounts.
• Prepare and support owner cash calls and project funding requests.
