Job summary

A multi-disciplinary architectural firm in the United States seeks a Project Accountant to support Project Managers with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or related experience, plus a minimum of two years in general accounting. Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining project budgets, and monitoring accounts receivable. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience.
• Architecture Accounting or other billable Project Accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager to ensure project Startup Sheet completion.
• Process Consultant invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitor client accounts receivable for past due invoices.

Skills

Architectural Accounting Software (Unanet or Deltek experience)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Standard business communications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Associate’s degree with related experience
