Job summary

National Electrical Manufacturers Association seeks a Manager, Programs & Business Operations to lead the Make It American certification program and drive growth for NEMA Academy and the eCommerce platform.

You will oversee platform operations, coordinate course development, and support instructors and learners while partnering with Marketing and Finance to optimize performance and revenue. Hybrid work is available from Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, public affairs, association management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience managing programs, operations, or education platforms.
• Experience leading projects or programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with learning management systems, associations, or professional education programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience strongly preferred. AI literacy expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Make It American certification program operations and growth.
• Oversee NEMA Academy platform administration and course development.
• Manage NEMA's eCommerce platform and digital products.
• Develop programs, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts and budget planning.
