Addison Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead professional certification programs within our Learning and Development team in Bridgeville, PA. You will guide employees from signup through certification, ensuring programs run on schedule and continuously improve through data and feedback.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and cross-functional coordination, with a hybrid work model and a strong focus on process consistency and stakeholder collaboration.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience coordinating programs, projects, professional development, certification activities, or learning initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience supporting adult learners or certification programs is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage certification programs from start to finish, including enrollment, scheduling, materials, study sessions, and milestones.
• Collaborate with department leaders to set priorities and communicate time commitments and support.
• Coach participants, monitor progress, and resolve participation challenges.
• Maintain calendars, records, and reports on enrollment, participation, and outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external certifying bodies and internal partners on requirements.
