DIA is seeking a Manager, Learning & Continuing Education to lead accreditation and certificate programs across the Americas. You will ensure compliance with ACPE, IACET, ACCME, PMI, and ANCC standards, manage reaccreditation activities and prepare annual reports.

The role requires program planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven improvements, with hybrid work (onsite Tue–Thu) at the Fort Washington, PA office. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Fluent English and strong communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with continuing education programs in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation guidelines (ACPE, IACET, ACCME, PMI, ANCC).
• Familiarity with ANSI/ASTM E2659 standards for certificates.

Mansioni

• Lead accreditation applications and site visits.
• Determine credits and certificate units for events.
• Collaborate with accreditation partners for CME and nursing credits.
• Oversee online credit request systems and COI processes.
• Manage certificate programs and annual reaccreditation.

Bachelors degree in science/education or related field
