Job summary

ENA is seeking a Program Manager in Schaumburg, IL to lead multiple education programs (TNCC, ENPC, CEN, TNAC) from planning through delivery. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality educational experiences for ENA members and the nursing community.

The role requires 3-5 years in program management, strong data analytics, and excellent communication. A hybrid schedule with in-office two days and remote three days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in program and/or project management or related roles.
• 3-5 years’ experience leading cross functional teams.
• Conference management software experience
• Project management software experience

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze program data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are aligned.
• Program Delivery: Oversee execution of webinars, events, and training sessions.
• Budget & Resource Management: Work within the program budget to allocate resources effectively.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize program efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate tasks with the Program Specialist and other team members
