NCARB is seeking a Manager I, Certification to develop certificate-related work plans, coordinate projects, and track outcomes in collaboration with leadership. The role supports current programs and future education-based assessments, potentially aiding member boards and customer service initiatives.

The position requires collaboration across the Council, adherence to SOPs, and proficiency with standard software. Hybrid work with some in-office presence is expected in Washington, DC area.

Competenze

• Three or more years of relevant experience in program or project management, stakeholder engagement, certification, training and education, public policy, architectural practice, or similar environments.
• Project progress tracking experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects
• Demonstrated proficiency using technology and a wide variety of software applications including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Powerpoint
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30% of the year including weekends.

Mansioni

• Contribute to development of annual and long-range departmental plans.
• Develop and manage budgets and resource plans for assigned programs and initiatives.
• Lead or participate in department- and Council-wide strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with volunteers, vendors, consultants, and other experts to stay current on best practices.
• Assess SOP efficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Support research on technology and trends in education and assessment.
