Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day planning, scheduling, reporting, and administrative support required for US leadership development programs.
• Coordinate program schedules, participants, facilitators, locations, materials, and other requirements for successful delivery.
• Provide onsite administrative and coordination support for program sessions.
• Maintain accurate program records, schedules, participant information, and reporting.
• Communicate program information, schedule changes, requirements, and updates to participants, facilitators, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and administrative gaps and take action to resolve them.
