Job summary

Stanford University’s Computer Science Department is seeking a Program Manager to provide high-level administrative and operational support, coordinating calendars, travel, events, and day-to-day operations for the Human Computer Interaction and Movement Lab research groups.

You will lead logistics for meetings, manage finances, procure equipment, and support sponsored project administration, hiring, and onboarding with minimal supervision, reporting to the Building Administrative Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with six years of administrative experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, travel, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
• Plan and coordinate conferences, seminars, and events.
• Prepare documents, grants, and reports; edit as needed.
• Produce complex reports and manage budgets.
