Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Program Coordinator II to lead pediatric fellowship and trainee programs, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, trainee records, accreditation compliance, and educational programming.

You will coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, manage trainee education and financial allocations, and support board preparation. You’ll serve as a key resource for trainees, faculty, and program leadership, ensuring efficient operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Master’s Degree
• Experience coordinating educational, healthcare, residency, or fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

• Fellowship Recruitment: coordinate recruitment activities, messaging, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and match processes.
• Program Administration & Management: provide operational leadership for multiple trainee programs and policy guidance.
• Data, Compliance & Information Management: maintain trainee records, monitor accreditation and regulatory requirements, report metrics.
• Fellow Onboarding: coordinate onboarding for incoming fellows meeting institutional requirements.
• Rotating Trainee Coordination: manage onboarding for rotating trainees and ensure documentation and deadlines are met.
