Job summary

UBMD Pediatrics is seeking a Training Program Administrator (TPA) to lead day‑to‑day management of educational activities for pediatric fellowship programs. You will coordinate recruitment, fellow orientation, and educational processes, while supporting program directors and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating accreditation visits, managing surveys, and maintaining records. A strong background in health care administration and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field or equivalent.
• Three years of administrative experience in a medical/academic setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer, coordinate, and supervise multiple pediatric fellowship programs.
• Ensure fellow compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate fellowship candidate interviews with current fellows and faculty.
• Prepare reports for ACGME and other bodies.
• Maintain fellowship records and related documentation.
