Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering product development preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in new product development preferred.
• Experience in consumer and/or professional goods product development.
• Experience in personnel management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development programs involving battery and electrical engineering technologies.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Drive cross-functional execution across technical, operational, and financial teams.
• Monitor program P&L, capital spend, and financial performance against objectives.
• Align R&D and Finance on budgets and investment priorities.
• Prepare leadership updates on project status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Support process improvement, documentation, and program management best practices.
• Manage resources and ensure successful delivery from planning through completion.
