Job summary

Arts Hacker seeks a Program Manager for the Musical Mentors Academy (MMA) to oversee operations from enrollment through mentoring and performances. You will ensure high-quality instruction, mentor engagement, and strong partnerships with schools and community partners.

The role includes coordinating program cycles, handling student-mentor placement, and supporting enrichment opportunities, workshops, and events within a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in music education, education, music, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in music education, arts education, nonprofit programming, youth programming, or program administration.
• Direct experience teaching music privately or with music educators and students.
• Strong program management and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and participants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary manager and administrator for Musical Mentors Academy (MMA).
• Manage the MMA program cycle: applications, enrollment, student placement, calendars, year-end process.
• Match students with Musical Mentors based on instrument, experience and needs.
• Oversee day-to-day MMA programming and ensure alignment with educational goals.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of Musical Mentors.
• Support relationships with MMA school and community partners and act as primary contact for partnerships.
