Job summary

Study Smart Tutors in California is seeking an Arts, Entertainment & Design Program Manager to act as a liaison between the organization, school partners, and mentors. This hybrid role blends product support with partnership success management to deliver program services and nurture long-term relationships.

The role reports to the Associate Director of Education & Operations (West) and requires travel within the region as needed, with a mix of virtual and in-person engagements to drive equitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, academic intervention, after-school programming, or program/partnership management.
• 1+ year experience in the field of Arts, Entertainment & Design.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mentor/facilitator/tutor preparations, ensuring high-quality delivery across assigned programs.
• Visit program sites (in-person) to observe sessions, provide feedback, and offer coaching.
• Support tutors and facilitators with instructional planning, technology integration, and student intervention practices.
• Support coordination of experiential learning events related to Arts, Entertainment & Design programming.
• Research and implement equitable academic growth modalities (virtual, hybrid, in-person) to serve diverse student populations.
• Provide evaluation and performance feedback to mentors, facilitators, and tutors ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
