Job summary

iMentor is seeking Program Fellows to support 11th and 12th grade programming at partner high schools. The role is a unique leadership and professional development opportunity, averaging 8-10 hours per week from October through June, with training in September and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include assisting program managers with outreach, event preparation, and hybrid in-person/remote duties, plus administrative tasks and frontline participant support. Evening events are required.

Qualifications

• Interest in education, youth development, or nonprofit work.
• Comfortable working remotely and at the iMentor office.
• Availability to work evening events.

Responsibilities

• Support HS Program Managers with class preparation and event management.
• Assist with monthly in-person events and preparing event materials.
• Call/text HS program participants before and during events.
• Create event pages and confirm attendees for mentor events.
