Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Girls Mentorship Program Manager will play a pivotal role in steering our after-school performing arts-based program, designed exclusively for girls. Be advised, this is not a remote job and requires the manager to be physically present for effective program execution and interaction.

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an advantageous qualification.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with young individuals.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
