Job summary

Musical Mentors Collaborative seeks an Operations & Administration Manager to streamline fundraising, program operations, and marketing. You will maintain CRM databases, manage donor acknowledgments, and support data-driven decisions across MMC sites.

This role includes coordinating background checks, tuition administration, and effective communications with staff, families, and partners. Remote-friendly with potential East Coast preference; salary is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Experience working in non-profit, public schools, and/or higher education.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace.
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) or the ability to learn new database systems quickly.
Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms preferred.
Basic graphic design, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
Basic video editing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain donor, volunteer, student, and partner records in MMC’s CRM (Salesforce).
Process donations and prepare donor acknowledgments.
Coordinate program data collection, billing, and reporting.
Support marketing, newsletters, and communications efforts.
Assist with program surveys and data analysis for improvements.
Manage organizational subscriptions, licenses, and access.
Support documentation, recordkeeping, and operational projects.
Help implement process improvements for efficiency.
