• Own overall program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Establish baselines and resource allocation plans; coordinate with functional teams.
• Manage all project phases from inception to completion; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer contacts, reviews, and contract negotiations; coordinate with Supply Chain.
