Draper in Clearfield, Utah, seeks a Program Manager II to oversee full lifecycle execution of medium to large, complex programs. You will own cost, schedule and technical performance, manage customer interfaces, and work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of PM experience, including government programs. Excellent communication and leadership are essential, with proficiency in EVMS, IMS/IMP and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Experience working government projects with direct customer interfaces is required.
• Strong communications, leadership and networking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall program execution to meet cost, schedule and technical performance for medium to large programs.
• Establish baselines, resource plans and manage from inception through completion.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead program review sessions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities and manage changes and contracting needs.
