Draper is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Reston, VA to oversee the full lifecycle of medium to large programs with significant complexity. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance targets while engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.

You will develop resource plans, manage risks and opportunities, and coordinate with Supply Chain and external partners. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 7 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.

Responsabilidades

• Own overall program execution, including cost, schedule and technical performance targets.
• Establish program baseline and manage resource allocation with functional teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage fast-changing requirements.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead review sessions to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide leadership to create an inclusive, high-morale team environment.
• Participate in contract negotiations, reporting and deliverables.
