Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to manage full life-cycle program finances in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes multitasking, strong Excel skills, and experience with financial systems. Hybrid schedule based out of the San Diego, CA office with possible telework for the right candidate.

You will conduct routine financial analyses on multiple projects, including EACs and customer deliverables, and support ad hoc reporting. Collaboration across Contracts and PMO is essential.

Formación

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modelling ability.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and funding planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including WBS, BOEs and development of time-phased budgets/EACs and schedules.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup when required.
• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues and coordinate with Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve promptly.
• Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals as services/goods are received per GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Support monthly business rhythms of both program and finance organizations, including meetings and program reviews.
• Administer formal aspects of program control per GAAP, policies and government regs.
• Complete finance inputs for project setup and revenue recognition per contract terms.
• Liaise between operations and other admin support on financial issues.
• Interfaces with subcontractors, vendors, and customers as required.
