Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our fast-paced team, delivering full life-cycle program finances and analytics. The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, financial systems familiarity, and cross-team collaboration to support multiple contracts with accuracy and timeliness.

The position is hybrid, based out of San Diego, CA, with potential for full-time telework for the right candidate. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis experience.
• Familiarity with financial systems and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including WBS, BOEs and time-phased budgets/EACs.
• Monitor billing status and assist accounts receivable and invoicing workflows as needed.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals in alignment with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
