Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our fast-paced team in a hybrid role based out of San Diego, CA. You will support cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, and analysis across multiple projects, interfacing with PMO, contracts, and accounting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of contracting regulations. US citizenship is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including WBS/BOEs and time-phased budgets/EACs.
• Assist accounts receivable during billing processes and provide invoice backup as needed.
• Monitor billing status and resolve unbilled issues with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and accurate reporting.
